We are a boutique property management company catering to the needs of small condo associations. We know the drill! Initially, we created DAM to save our association from financial ruins, then decided to provide smaller associations with a better option.  Deen Association Management is the better option. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every client and customize our support to your individual needs and concerns.

Our services are inclusive! Save for maintenance, our management fee is all inclusive; we don't charge each time we visit your property and it doesn't cost YOU to put Our signs on Your building.

Vendor pricing are competitive and with three estimates, you'll get a variety of prices. The goal for all of my associations is to decrease daily, unnecessary, a la carte expenses of the building while helping to retain and increase property value.  We are homeowners and landlords, we've written, adhered to and implemented Rules & Regulations and Declaration & Bylaws.
